- O'Level Result (Max of 2 sittings)
- Four (4) Passport Photographs
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of State of origin (Optional)
- No JAMB/PUTME score is needed for Admission
- Awaiting Result Candidate too can Apply
- Automatic Admission without Screening
